Hello from Alex in the Kitchen

Having been here at the Milton for almost two years now, I feel that I have expanded my knowledge and made some good friends and work colleagues.
This will be my second Christmas working here. We have just changed the menu so there is lots of new and exciting dishes to try out as well as the old favourites.
Everyone is looking forward to the busy festive season and I'm sure it won't be long till the next one comes around! After that it will be 2010 and I am excited about what new opportunities and dishes that will bring.
